At ORBITRON SCOPES, we provide a 30-day refund policy, giving you 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund.
Inspection & Immediate Contact
Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the item and take a photo of it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Refund Eligibility
We issue refunds only if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Photo evidence of the issue is provided.
- The refund request is made within 30 days of receiving the item.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds if:
- The customer changes their mind or no longer wants the product.

How to Request a Refund

Bank Processing Time
Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to finalize the refund.

Returns
